About Same Day Delivery

What forms of payment are accepted?

Currently, we accept CASH as the preferred payment method but also accept E-transfer on all orders. Please select Cash on Delivery or E-Transfer payment (e-mail is provided after checkout) at the checkout window when finalizing your order.

How long will my order take?

Our utmost priority is to ensure swift delivery of your goods, striving for the fastest possible service. Typically, our deliveries are completed within one to two hours, ensuring promptness and efficiency. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we will gladly provide you with an estimated time of arrival.

What are the operating hours for your delivery service?

Our delivery service operates from Monday to Saturday, with opening hours starting at 10 AM and closing at 9 PM. However, please note that on Sundays, our service is closed. To ensure timely delivery, we have a last call for all orders at 8 PM. We strive to accommodate your needs within these operating hours to provide you with a convenient and reliable service.

What is the minimum order requirement for delivery?

The minimum order requirement for our delivery service varies based on the delivery zones. For same day delivery zones, the minimum order requirement is $50. However, for extended delivery zones, the minimum order requirement is $100. We aim to accommodate your needs and provide timely service based on these thresholds.

Are there any delivery fees or additional charges?

Yes, there are delivery fees and additional charges associated with our service. For orders under $100, there is a $15 delivery fee. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with providing efficient delivery services. Additionally, for customers located in our extended regions, such as Rockwood, Belwood, St Jacobs, Elmira, Ayr, Dundas, Waterdown, Ancaster, Binbrook, Mount Hope, Paris, and Saint George, there is a $15 fee to account for the longer distance and additional resources required to ensure a timely delivery to these areas. These charges help us maintain the quality and reliability of our delivery service across different regions.

How do I make an account?

To make an account, click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page. Click on “Register” and input both your email and password. Passwords should be at least 6 characters.

How do I use e-transfer?

When you make an order, you’ll receive instructions on how to pay us. 🙂 If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Do I need to have a Medical Card to make an order?

No, as marijuana is legal in Canada. You do, however, need to be over the age of 19.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to anywhere in Canada.

How much is shipping?

It’s a flat rate of $15 for Expedited Shipping for all orders under $200, and free XpressPost Shipping for all orders above $200.

We also offer Priority Post shipping at a rate of $45. However, this shipping feature is not available for all regions. We recommend that you check with Canada Post before purchasing Priority Post from us.

Local delivery is free. If outside our sales regions, a shipping fee will be discussed upon purchase.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We usually opt for Xpress Shipping with CanadaPost. This usually means that your package will arrive within 2 to 4 business days. However, if you live in a pretty rural area, we’re sorry to say that it may take longer.  We will email you a tracking number for you to track your package.

*** We reserve the right to ship by Expedited Parcel if the delivery time for Expedited Parcel is the same as Xpress Post.

How do you package your orders?

If you’re worried about odors, rest assured that your package will arrive odor-free.  Each strain comes in its own vacuum-sealed package, and all products are then re-sealed again in another clear bag.

I don't want a signature to be required on my order.

We can definitely accommodate that. If you do not want a signature on your order, we can definitely take that feature off. However, in the event that your package is lost or stolen or did not arrive, we will not send you a replacement pack until after CanadaPost has finished their investigation. In the event that they say that the package was delivered, we will not reimburse you at all.

HELP! I did not receive my package?

We will open an investigation with CanadaPost. We will make a decision on reimbursement depending on the outcome of the investigation.

HELP! My tracking number doesnt work?

Send us an email with your order number, and we’ll figure it out for you. Please keep in mind that it can take CanadaPost up to 24 hours to update your tracking details.

HELP! I shipped the package to the wrong address!

Please double check that the address that you placed is correct with every order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address is correct. There is no way for us to tell if you shipped it to the wrong number, wrong street or wrong province. If the package was delivered to the wrong address, we will not offer any compensation. In the event that it was returned to us, you may need to pay the return shipping fee and/or the “pick-up” fee charged to us by Canada Post.

HELP! I didn't pick up the package/it was returned.

We will require you to pay a reshipping fee ($15-30) and/or a “pick-up” fee from Canada Post which is usually about $15.

Ordering

Do I require ID to purchase?

First time customers will be required to provide government issued ID in order to verify legal age.

When will you ship my order?

We understand that you’re excited to receive your order, and we want to get it to you as quickly as possible. This is why our team ships products off twice a day. If you make an order before 1AM, we will ship out the order first thing in the morning. If you order before 12PM (and sometimes as late as 2PM), we will have your order ready to be shipped with the afternoon shipment.
